We know how difficult it is to take a great selfie that highlights your skin triumphs so we’ve created an easy-to-follow guide just for you! Track your progress through great before-and-after photos that clearly show your skin’s journey to brighter, clearer, and more radiant skin.
Tip 1: Lighting is key!
Good lighting means clearer photos. The best time to take your photo is in the morning with natural sunlight. Make sure to take your photos wherever there’s great lighting, whether it’s in front of a window or in a well-lit room.
Be consistent with taking your progress photos at the same time and place each time, so the emphasis on changes made will be focused on your face!
Tip 2: 3rd time’s the charm.
In order to capture the whole new you — take 3 shots of your face — the front, left, and right. This is so we don’t miss out on any new improvements around your face.
Tip 3: Get up close and personal.
Make sure your whole face is captured. Don’t zoom in too much and avoid taking mirror selfies! Just use the selfie feature on your phones for the best possible photos. Don't forget that your entire face should be seen in the frame to see your overall progress!
Tip 4: #nofilter.
As we always say, filters are great, but great skin is better. To assess your skin’s progress journey, it’s better to leave your skin au naturale. This means no filters and no make-up. At Remedy, we want to embrace your skin unfiltered and bare!
