Before your treatment, our laser nurses will guide you through the entire process, ensuring you know what to expect. You’ll also receive detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions to maximize your results. If you’re taking any medications or have existing skin conditions, now’s the perfect time to discuss them to ensure your safety and comfort throughout. If preferred, you may also opt to consult with a Remedy dermatologist.
Additionally, it’s important to avoid excessive sun exposure and refrain from other hair removal methods, such as plucking, shaving, and waxing, as these can compromise the results of your treatment. We also recommend that you avoid using products containing glycolic acid or retinoic acid for at least three days before your session to ensure your skin is in the best condition for treatment. Treatment
Before we begin, a layer of cool, conductive gel will be applied to the treatment area allowing the Eneka Pro handpiece to smoothly glide over the skin.

- Avoid using deodorant on the underarms, cosmetics, or products with active ingredients on the treated area for 72 hours after your treatment.
- Avoid exfoliating the treated area for 72 hours post-treatment.
- Mild swelling or redness is normal and may last up to 72 hours
- You may notice small bumps or hyperpigmentation on the treated area. These effects are temporary and should resolve within a few days.
- Avoid tight-fitting clothing that may rub against the treated area.
- Use lukewarm water in the shower or bath, and refrain from hot baths, heavy sweating, massages, saunas, and steam rooms for four days after the treatment.
- Apply the prescribed post-treatment cream twice daily for the next 3-5 days.
- Avoid sun tanning or artificial tanning for at least 10 days after your appointment.
