For those who are losing hope on their skin, I truly recommend going to Remedy Skin Solutions before giving up. When you step inside, you are accommodated swiftly and they are very considerate especially when it comes to your schedule. On the day of my appointment, it was raining so hard and there was heavy traffic, but despite their busy schedule, they were able to assure me that my appointment won't be affected and they proritized my safety instead. The care that they give to me is just one of many favorite things I like most about Remedy and you really just feel safe with them. Not to mention also their treatments, needless to say, I already saw improvements even after my first session. The redness on my face got lighter thanks to the 595 Laser, and the scars are healing thanks to the combination of their Acne Scar Treatments. The doctor really explains and give insights to the treatment they would suggest to you during the consultation so that you know their purpose. I also reached out to their Patient Support in their Instagram account, and I can say that you will surely be assisted as my concern was solved effectively and efficiently. I look forward each time to when would be my next appointment.

I've been going to Remedy since July 2020 and have only maintained with them until today. I have been having breakouts since I was in my teenage years and Remedy has helped me overcome this over the years. The treatments they have together with the maintenance products really do wonders and it is not an overwhelming number of products. The staff are trained well and treatments are consistent every visit. If you have not had a chance to visit the clinic, please do... its the best decision you will make for your skin.

I absolutely love Remedy ! I suffer from perpetual hormonal acne (not on birth control anymore) and remedy helps me manage the cystic breakouts (i go at least once every 2 weeks) with affordable cortisone shots. They have very convenient offers for laser treatments for acne scars too. My favorite part is that they have the best customer service - they are one of the most professional and prescriptive skin clinics out there made specifically for treating acne - they’ll treat you like a vip once you are part of their roster :)

Currently on my 3rd month with Remedy (combination of Hollywood facial, 595 laser, 360 acne scar treatments) and I can already see the improvements. Just be sure to follow the regimen religiously and have your treatments done on the recommended schedule. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. From the consultation up to the treatments, everything was organized. The regimen and treatments were discussed thoroughly and the place itself is aesthetically pleasing. Overall, the experience with Remedy is top-level. I already recommended Remedy to some of my friends and will surely continue to do so.Also, always check the monthly promos as they are really good deals!

I had to bring my toddler with me during my appointment because of various reasons and Dr Den and all the staff were very accomodating and kind to let me pacify, breastfeed and put him to sleep first in one of the rooms before starting my consultation. When he dozed off in the stroller they let me bring him and stay right next to me while I had my botox. I dont believe other clinics would be so understanding about this situation thats why Ill definitely come back to them.

They have very accomodating staff and their clinic is aesthetically pleasing. Doctor Dell comprehensively explains the possible causes of my sudden breakouts and the treatments I have to go through. Procedures and products are bit pricey so you need to have budget but it will surely help with your skin issues since they are all professionals/experts on this field. Since I have concerns about my acne marks and skin pigmentation, I tried Remedy's Hollywood Laser Facial. At first, I was so scared to try because it's my first time but it went well. I don't feel any pain at all and it's kinda ticklish. After the treatment, my face is really glowing! I super love the result and I'm so excited on my next visit. I also love the ambiance of their clinic since it is super clean and it feels like home! The staff are friendly and accommodating. I’ve developed acne as sideffect of my medication for another health condition and been receiving treatment from a different derma clinic for over a year, unfortunately there was no improvement. I finally decided to try Remedy! I love how the regimen was personalized to my skin needs. From treatments, products and medications. They also make sure that my skin treatments will not have any contraindications with my existing medical condition and meds. I do hollywood laser, 595, and acne cleanse treatment twice a month, and I am very happy with the results. My active acnes started to lessen and my scars lightened with just few sessions. On top of their very effective treatments, the doctor/s and staff are very professional, friendly and accomodating. The clinic was also well maintained, clean, fresh, and cozy, plus the interior was really classy.☺️ Last, personally, having an acne, which was very unpleasant and painful, caused me so much stress, low self-esteem and even depression. Hands down to the Clinic Team! I love how they are very warm and sweet. You could see how enthusiastic they are in treating patients :) I felt safe from COVID in the Clinic as consultations were held through call. The doctors were still able to thoroughly assess my skin condition through photos.Dr. Hanna is genuinely dedicated in helping her patients :) You could see how enthusiastic she is in helping others and teaching them how to have a good skincare routine. I truly commend how she breaks down information in layman terms. I only availed for the hlf and consultation. Yet, I already feel like my face is glowing :)

Remedy helped me the most regarding my maskne problems. I’ve been dealing my maskne for months and I learned their page in Instagram so I tried contacting them. I booked an appointment and availed their Intro Offer Package A and other products for my skincare regimen. I loved their services (Hollywood Facial and Acne Cleanse). Also, their skincare regimen is personalized according to needs of each client. This is now my trusted derma clinic!

I first learned about Remedy via ads on Instagram. I checked their account and thought, “Why don’t I try this clinic?”. I’ve been struggling with acne since I was in high school. I’ve tried a lot of treatments (facials, topics, oral antibiotics, etc), which have been effective for a moment but the effects were not long lasting. I also suffered from acne scars and marks. I’m very happy with my Remedy experience. First, the doctors (Dr. Hannah and Dr. April) are able to explain the treatments well. They are very accommodating and patient. Second, the staff are nice, and I feel very welcomed whenever I enter the clinic. Third, the clinic has superb ambience. The lighting, the music, the furniture, the equipment - everything is well maintained; and it even smells good. So far, I have tried Hollywood laser, Acne cleanse, and 360 acne scar treatment. I’ve noticed that my skin improved a lot. I’ve also been receiving compliments about my skin. I have little no breakouts, and my scars have lessened, making my skin smoother. I’ll definitely continue with my treatments. This type of skin care  and self care is definitely a worthy investment.

One of my highlights for this year was when I visited the Remedy Clinic. I've been adamant to visit derma clinics for quite some time as I have been disappointed with my previous visits on other dermatologist but definitely not on Remedy Skin Solutions. Doc Kristina is very patient-centric and she was able to break down and identify what could be the causes of my break outs and I can definitely see and feel her concern for my skin to improve. The staffs are all super friendly and warm, it was always a breeze whenever I visit the clinic. The clinic's overall ambiance is also welcoming and not intimidating, it was like visiting your best friend's home. A month after my last visit in the clinic and 2 Hollywood Facials with 2 Acne cleanse sessions and Remedy Skincare routine, I am now seeing improvements on my face and the acnes have cleared up, all that's left were scars. I can now look at myself in the mirror with no disgust and anxiety, just pure joy. Thank you for bringing back my confidence, Remedy Team! Looking forward for my next sessions. PS: Also thinking hard about the 360 Scar Treatment as I have very low pain tolerance 😅 But let's see! 💗

The entire staff was also friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I had a clear understanding of what would happen during the treatment. From the consultation to the laser procedure, the entire process was very organized. The clinic itself is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and has a pleasant atmosphere/vibe. Ive been a client since 2020, and as an impatient person i usually have 2-3 different facial clinics that i visit every month. Sadly, all of them did not meet my expectations when it comes to my concerns. After few months of visiting, my face improved a lot!!! I swear by their treatments (HLF,595 and Acne Cleanse). When i go out of the country for a month or two, i always look forward coming home to get the pampering my face needs because its so sensitive that only Remedy can give.
