What treatments do you offer?
We specialize in acne, acne scars, laser facials, and anti-aging solutions. We also offer doctor's consultation & skin analysis to customize treatments for your skin’s specific needs. If you’re unsure what’s best for you, our team can guide you based on your skin goals.
Do I need a doctor consultation?
Consultations are required for certain services such as but not limited to acne & acne scar treatments. This ensures we recommend the safest and most effective plan for you.
How long do treatments take?
Treatments generally take 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the service.
Are treatments painful?
Pain level varies per service, but most treatments are well-tolerated. No worries as treatments that could be painful come with topical anesthesia to minimize discomfort. Our clinic team will walk you through what to expect.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book an appointment?
You may book through our website, chat us on any of our social media channels, send an email or by calling our clinics in Uptown BGC, Vertis North or Greenhills. Our team will assist you with available appointment slots.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. However, please be advised that our clinics follow an appointment-based schedule so we encourage our patients to book an appointment in advance to secure a slot.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, just message us through the chat, any of our social media channels or email us at least 24 hours before your original appointment so we can assist you.
What time should I arrive at the clinic?
Kindly arrive at the clinic on time for check-in and assessment. Beyond your original schedule, we may need to rebook your appointment.

How much do your treatments cost?
Prices vary per service. Share your concern or the treatment you're interested in and we’ll send you our updated service menu.
Do you offer packages?
Yes, we offer treatment packages and bundles. You may also get personalized options depending on your goals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, GCash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
Do you have ongoing promos?
Yes! We regularly offer promos. Feel free to ask and we’ll share the current offers.

We have Remedy clinics in One Uptown BGC, Taguig & Ayala Malls Vertis North, Quezon City and Skin Bar by Remedy in GH Mall, San Juan City. Just let us know which branch you prefer.

BGC Clinic:
Open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Vertis North Clinic
Open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Skin Bar by Remedy in Greenhills
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
