Delivery Expectations
When can I expect to receive my Remedy package — are there currently processing or shipping delays?
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Remedy can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information:
Estimated Standard Shipping Time
- Metro Manila: 1-3 business days after processing
- Greater Metro Manila: 2-4 business days after processing
- Provincial: 4-7 business days after processing
PS: Standard shipping is free (capped at ₱100) when you spend over ₱5,000. Kindly allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note that we only offer Express Delivery to customers within Metro Manila.
Where does Remedy ship?
Remedy currently ships to the Philippines only. We are working on bringing Remedy everywhere around the world. Tag us on Instagram @remedy.ph and @apothecarybyrx to let us know where you live!
How do I track my order?
We usually send an email regarding the status and tracking number of your order. However, if that email got lost somewhere, feel free to shoot us an email at ship@remedy.ph. We can give you all the inside info!
Can you tell me about fulfillment safety during the pandemic?
The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. We’re monitoring the situation very closely and working with our external fulfillment partners who are committed to taking all necessary safety precautions.
Customer Service Hours
You may contact our customer service team at ship@remedy.ph on Mondays to Fridays from 9AM to 7PM, excluding declared holidays. While we currently do not have a hotline at the moment, we will try to accommodate your concerns as soon as possible.
