Remedy Skintech, Inc. (“Remedy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy of our Users (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “Users”). Will Remedy share your information?

We may share your information with Third-Party Service Providers

We employ other companies as authorized third-party providers to perform a function or provide services for you on our behalf. For example, a third-party service provider may send out or distribute transactional and promotional emails or materials. We may remarket your information

Remarketing is a way for us to reconnect with our Users. Is personal information about me secure?

Remedy takes extra measures to protect the security of your Personal Information. You can access your Personal Information on our website through your account, which is protected by a password. Generally, we do not retain Personal Information and Computer Data after the original purposes of the collection have ceased to be applicable unless otherwise required by law or other mandatory directions by a court or government authorities, or for purposes of legal proceedings or other similar proceedings or investigations.

What are your rights as a data subject?

You are entitled to certain rights to the Personal Information and Computer Data collected from you through the Remedy site or Remedy social media accounts, including the right to access and correct the Personal Information being processed, object to the processing, and complain to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) in case of violation of your rights as the data subject.
