Any residual gel will be wiped off and a calming cream will be applied. You’re free to resume your day after the session, but for best results:
• Avoid exercise, heat, and friction on the treated area for 72 hours
• Skip deodorant, actives, and exfoliants on the area for 3 days
• Use SPF 50 daily, especially on the face
• Expect mild redness, bumps, or swelling– they’re normal and temporary
• Wear loose clothing and shower with lukewarm water
• Avoid hot baths, saunas, or tanning for 4–10 days
• Apply your post-treatment cream 2x daily for 3–5 days
• Book your next session after 4–6 weeks
